It’s been said that the only constant in life is change.

Indeed, change is inevitable and comes in many varied packages. Change can occur suddenly, or it can evolve gradually. Change can be thrust upon us, or we can pursue it by choice. It can come about completely unexpectedly or be meticulously planned. Regardless of how or why it happens, change is almost always challenging.

This stepping into the unknown can bring up fear and cause us to question ourselves. Letting go of the comfort that familiarity brings and choosing to embrace something new can at the least illicit some hesitancy, and at the most, feel quite terrifying.

As a coach focusing on Life Transitions, I partner with people going through various life changes including: job and career, relational adjustments, grief and loss, adapting to new life stages, and shifts made by choice in order to have more satisfying and fulfilling lives.

Let’s talk

Please take a look around my website and if it resonates with you, schedule a free discovery call.

I’ve answered some of the common questions I receive when someone is thinking about scheduling a discovery call with me.

* What can I expect and how can I prepare?

A discovery call is a short, informal conversation where you will share the situation which caused you to seek coaching. I will also tell you a little bit about my approach and how I might work with you going forward. It's an opportunity for you to see if I am a good fit for you for me to determine if I can help you with your concerns.

I will share my approach to coaching, the assessments I would suggest, and the basic format we will follow for each session. If you need help with career coaching, we will also discuss the job search model we will use. Finally, I will reccomend the number of sessions for your package based on your needs along with the associated price. You then can schedule your first paid coaching session, or choose to think about it and get back with me.

For you to get the most out of our time together, preparation is key. Reflect about your current situation so I can have a clear understanding. Think about the questions you would like to have answered so you can be ensured I can provide you what you want and need. Feel free to ask questions about me and my coaching experience so that you could know I can be of help to your unique concerns.

I needed to understand and connect to beyond just the “why” I was stuck in unhealthy patterns. Life Coaching with Susan did just that, helping me realize my true potential and work through the blocks with modified approaches, she met me right where I was with tenderness and compassion, but solidarity that offered safety in the areas I needed most to grow. I am so thankful for her unique gifting and how she was able to help me.
